Permanent Secretary, Government House and Protocol, Delta State, E.E. Ogidi-
Gbegbaje has lauded Her Excellency, Dame Judith Okowa, for her humanitarian
gesture through the 05 Grassroots Medical Outreach going on round the State.
The
golden heart of Ogidi-Gbegbaje, spoke vehemently of Her Excellency relentless
pursuit and operandi approach of the O5 initiative making it significant in the
health sector.
As
a dedicated, humble civil servant, his simple look, candour and unassuming
demeanor verified his humane nature as he was among the entourage that
accompanied Her Excellency to Ekpan General Hospital Uvwie Local Government
Area.
Commending
the free Grassroots Medical Outreach as an effort of a woman with a golden
heart. That the divine project has brought succour and relief there by
fulfilling the promise of Prosperity For All Deltans to the good people of
Uvwie and Deltans in general.
It
was a carnival of sort, Uvwie was agog as Dame Okowa and her entourage stormed
the venue to kick start one out of the numerous projects of hope at Ekpan for
the good people of Delta State.
