Brand strategist and Principal Consultant at Adstrat Consortium, Charles O’Tudor has reacted to the news of his purported appointment by the Cross River State Governor, Prof. Ben Ayade as a Member of the Waterways Regulatory Agency of the state, first published on “Precious Eze’s Blog”.

to the rebuttal sent to us, Charles O’Tudor wrote, “The above subject refers, I
wish to categorically state in this disclaimer that the Charles O’Tudor who was
recently appointed by the Cross River State Government is not me and I hereby
use this medium to acknowledge all who sent in their congratulatory messages in
good faith, I am humbled by the immense outpour of love, but unfortunately,
while the response to this news by the public goes to reaffirm my impact in the
brand management space, the appointment is not for me but a distant cousin from
my ancestral lineage based in Calabar, Cross River State, named O’Tudor Charles”.

“I
read about this appointment online with a pinch of salt based on my previous appointment
as brand strategist and consultant to the Cross River State Government. For me,
any positions lower than this, though humbled, is beneath my capacity and the general
public is hereby advised to refrain from sharing the news about this appointment
