Former member of the Peter Obi Campaign Organization, Valentine Ozigbo has taken a swipe at the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC over the conduct of the primary election in Anambra State.
He described the exercise which held n the 5th of April and produced Nicholas Ukachukwu as both a fraud and a well scripted illusion, therefore had instituted a legal battle against the APC.
Instituted through his legal team led by Umeh Kalu at the Federal High Court in Awka, the suit includes documentation from the APC constitution, internal communications and delegate register.
The suit seeks to nullify Nicholas Ukachukwu’s emergence as the candidate of the APC in the forthcoming Governorship election in the state and has the APC, the candidate himself and INEC as defendants.
