The Minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Festus Keyamo (SAN) has announced the withdrawal criminal charges against Ms Comfort Emmanson over her reported criminal conduct aboard Ibom Airlines.
In a statement on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 available to ‘’News PlatformNG’’, the Minister said that ‘’having conducted wide investigations and consultations with the airlines stakeholders, he realized that both parties erred in their conducts’’.
Equally, the ban placed on her was lifted while the ban placed on Fuji musician, Wasiu Ayinde Adewale Olasunkanmi Omogbolahan Anifowoshe, aka, Kwam1 was reduced to one month instead of indefinite as a result of the remorse shown.
