News reaching "News PlatformNG" has it that Nigeria's number one TV Talk-Show host and Managing Director of TVC Entertainment, Morayo Afolabi-Brown has resigned her position as Managing Director.

Morayo's resignation according to available informed bothers on her quest to focus more on her personal businesses even as she ventures into other areas of interest to her.

Morayo leaves a remarkable 12 years of working experience with TVC, first as Deputy Director, Programmes, now as Managing Director, TVC Entertainment.

"News PlatformNG" was informed that Folarin Olakunle, the current Director of Programmes of TVC Entertainment has taken over as replacement for Morayo as acting MD of TVC Entertainment.

Morayo's decision to step down as 12 years, according to a release by TVC, was driven by her desire to pursue a long-held passion project she had nurtured over time.

She probably may no longer be able to anchor her brainchild programme, "Your View" and some of her viewers would greatly miss her absence on the show.

Morayo Afolabi-Brown "News PlatformNG" was informed resigned since last week and according to information again, TVC would vacate permanently on the 29th of August.

The suspicion in some quarters is that Morayo might be going far higher into more responsibilities with sources saying she had been penciled down for a political office in Abuja.
