The Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Adamawa State, Hamza Bello Madagali, has stepped down from the party along with the entire state executive council.
All PDP chairmen and their executives in the 21 Local Government Areas of the state also resigned.
The decision came after consultations with party members and grassroots leaders throughout Adamawa State.
Party officials at both state and local levels reached a joint agreement to leave the PDP, reflecting a unified position among the leadership.
This mass resignation signals a major change in Adamawa State politics and is expected to alter the structure of political parties as preparations for upcoming political events continue.
