Following a comprehensive system audit and airflow
analysis at the Dangote
Cement Gboko plant, JMG Industrial installed eight high-performance Kaeser
rotary lobe blower units designed for continuous heavy-duty industrial
operation.
The upgraded compressed air configuration increased
airflow efficiency by approximately 23%, with peak airflow capacity
improvements reaching nearly 47% compared to the previous system. These gains
translate directly into improved production stability, optimized energy
consumption, and enhanced operational reliability.
JMG Industrial, the industrial division of JMG Limited, has
successfully completed the installation and commissioning of advanced KAESER
blower technology at the Gboko facility of Dangote Cement Plant
in Benue State, Nigeria.
