Fadahunsi Olanrewaju, a pastor from Ilesa, Osun State, and founder of God’s Favorite Ministry, has been arrested in Ondo State over allegations of performing fake miracles.
The pastor, who described himself as a trained clergy called by God, admitted to staging a miracle once, three years ago. Speaking to authorities, he said, “They said we were doing fake miracle. But I did it once, three years ago.”
Explaining the incident, Fadahunsi revealed, “I healed a mad man. He isn’t really m+d. My ministry just started at the time three years ago, so they gave us someone to act as a m+d woman. I can’t mention the name of the person who gave us the woman because they are very influential and I have lost their contact. The woman dressed like she was m+d, I prayed for her and she became whole. That was all I did but we were arrested the second day.”
According to reports other pastors involved are, Gbadura Marvelous, Arijesulola Kayode, and two others identified as Tijani and Kolade.
