Nigerian actor and reality TV star Teddy A has stirred reactions online following his bold comments during a heated relationship discussion.
Speaking on a Echo Room Podcast, Teddy A made it clear that he prefers ambitious women and has no interest in having a stay-at-home wife.
“I love to support a woman. I have no problem having a high-value woman. I don’t want a stay-at-home wife. We both got to get it,” he said.
According to him, relationships should be built on teamwork so couples can eventually enjoy the rewards of their hard work together.
However, he added that problems begin when a woman is “not submissive,” a statement that immediately sparked pushback from the women in the room.
As the debate continued, one of the women referenced biblical submission, saying husbands are expected to love their wives sacrificially. Teddy A quickly responded with a sarcastic question, insinuating that after loving a woman that way, she would remarry after the man had “d+ed” for her.
