The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the North Central Development Commission (NCDC), Dr. Cyril Yiltsen Tsenyil, on behalf of the Governing Board, Management and Staff of the Commission, rejoices with the President of the Court of Appeal, Honourable Justice Monica Bolna'an Dongban-Mensem, CFR, on the occasion of her 69th birthday.
Dr. Tsenyil describes Justice Dongban-Mensem as an
outstanding jurist, a distinguished daughter of the North Central region, and a
shining example of integrity, excellence, diligence and commitment to the cause
of justice.
He notes that throughout her illustrious career on the
Bench, Justice Dongban-Mensem has demonstrated exceptional leadership, courage
and professionalism, earning the respect of the legal community and Nigerians
across all walks of life.
Her remarkable contributions to the development of the
judiciary and the strengthening of democratic institutions continue to inspire
younger generations, especially women aspiring to leadership positions.
The NCDC Chief Executive further commends her
unwavering dedication to justice, fairness and national service, describing her
as a worthy ambassador of Plateau State, the North Central region and Nigeria
as a whole.
As she marks another year of God's faithfulness, Dr.
Tsenyil prays for her continued good health, wisdom, strength and divine
guidance as she continues to serve the nation and humanity.
