Nigerian actor Temi Otedola has shared that she did not agree with her husband, singer and entrepreneur Mr Eazi, over the type of name he was considering for their unborn child.
The couple spoke about their pregnancy journey during a recent podcast episode, where they opened up about how they have been preparing for the arrival of their first baby.
They explained that the process has involved discussions about where the birth would take place and the kind of choices they would make as new parents.
Mr Eazi revealed that they consulted about nine doctors in different countries because they were unsure of where they would eventually welcome their child.
He also said he had considered Japan as a possible location for the birth and even explored Japanese names for the baby.
However, Temi was not in support of that idea and made it clear during their conversation that she was not comfortable with the suggestion of Japanese names for their child.
The light exchange between the couple later spread online, with fans reacting to their different views in a playful way.
The couple had earlier announced in May that they were expecting their first child after discovering the pregnancy during their honeymoon in Asia. They got married in a private ceremony in Iceland in August 2025. Temi Otedola
