Nollywood actor, IK Ogbonna has denied allegations linking him to a romance scam, insisting that he has never been involved in any fraudulent activity before.
The actor was reportedly named in claims alleging that he was under
investigation by Nigeria’s Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and
the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) over an alleged $75,000 romance scam.
The allegations reportedly originated from a complaint filed by a
49-year-old American woman, Kimberly Ann.
Responding to the claims, IK Ogbonna maintained his innocence, stating:
“I don’t participate in fraud.”
