Nollywood Actor, Ireti Doyle Advises Against Dwelling On Failed Relationships.

Nollywood actor Ireti Doyle has advised people against repeatedly revisiting failed relationships and past experiences in search of closure. The actor, in a video shared online, questioned the need to continually analyse past relationships, conversations and events rather than reflecting on personal mistakes and moving forward.

Doyle encouraged people to accept that not every situation requires extensive analysis or an explanation before they can move on.

“What if you just keep it moving? What if you don't see closure? What if you don't sit down to analyse what was done, what was said, who did what, when and where?” she asked.

She urged people to engage in honest self-reflection, acknowledge their mistakes and learn from their experiences instead of repeatedly dwelling on what happened.

“What if you just kept it moving? Not every situation deserves a post-mortem,” she said.

Doyle added that not every relationship or past experience needed to be revisited or subjected to endless questioning, suggesting that some situations were better left in the past.
