The Lagos State Police Command has declared two men wanted in connection with the alleged murder of a woman in the Ikoyi area of the state.
The command disclosed this in separate wanted-person bulletins issued on Wednesday, 12 August 2026.The suspects were identified as 32-year-old Folawiyo Alagbado and 33-year-old Ajibola Obateru.
According to the police, the two men allegedly conspired with others to attack the victim, kill her and remove her body and personal belongings.
The command said Alagbado’s last known address was in Ibadan, Oyo State. He was described as being of average height, with an oval face, wide nose, medium lips, white eyes and a dark complexion.
Obateru was also said to have his last known address in Ibadan. Police described him as 5ft 9in tall, with a thin build, oval face, long nose, thin lips, black eyes, fair complexion and pointed chin. He was also described as having thick black hair and a gentle appearance.
The police urged anyone with information about the whereabouts of either suspect to report to the nearest police station or the Office of the Commissioner of Police, State Criminal Investigation Department, Musiliu Smith Street, Panti, Yaba, Lagos.
The command said information provided by members of the public could assist in the ongoing investigation.
