A court in Delta State has ordered the remand of content creator Ifeanyi Ogbonna, popularly known as Odogwu Asaba, at the Ogwashi-Uku Maximum Correctional Centre over the alleged rape and death of 20-year-old Favour Agbro.
The remand order was granted on Friday, September 4, 2026, following an application brought before the court.
Counsel to Favour’s family, Awele Ideal, disclosed the development in a social media post on Friday afternoon.
According to Ideal, the remand came barely a week after the autopsy and toxicology test results in the case were made available to the police investigation team.
The development is the latest in the ongoing investigation into the circumstances surrounding Favour’s death.
The allegations against Odogwu Asaba remain subject to investigation and judicial determination.
