The body was discovered at about 9:30am on September 23, 2026, by troops of Sector 7, Sub-Sector 71, Sanga, deployed at Wasa Station, during a routine patrol of the area.
Security sources told Zagazola Makama that preliminary investigations indicated that Ishaku was allegedly attacked by unidentified criminals, who reportedly stole his Boxer motorcycle.
The circumstances surrounding the incident, including the identity and whereabouts of the suspected attackers, remain under investigation.
Following the discovery, the corpse was evacuated and handed over to the Keystone Wasa Divisional Police for further necessary action.
Security agencies are expected to intensify investigations and operations in the area to identify those responsible for the alleged killing and motorcycle theft.
