premises into a circus or using a crowd to mock the process, the judge can hold
you in contempt.

Instead of proving your innocence with facts, you are proving malice. It

Nigerians naturally detest oppression. Once the public perceives you as

SECURITY IMPLICATION OF WHAT YOU ARE DOING.
The court has a duty to protect all parties. If your fans constitute a
threat, the other party can ask the court for protection, and the court can
order your fans to be barred from the premises, or ask security to escort the
other party out. Watch the next hearing, it may be difficult for you people to
even enter.
SUMMARILY, In law, you fight your battle with evidence, not with crowd.
If you bring a crowd to troll someone who sued you, legally you are
creating a second offence, strategically you are destroying your own defence,
and socially you are turning your opponent into a hero and a martyr.
The most sensible option is to advise your fans to stay away from the
case, stay off the other party’s page, and allow your lawyer to speak for you
in court.
