The PBAT Door-to-Door Movement, led by its Grand Patron, High Chief Government Oweizide Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, has inaugurated its Ogun State chapter and donated 26 campaign vehicles to strengthen grassroots mobilisation ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The inauguration took place on Friday, October 30, 2026, at Ake Palace Arcade in Abeokuta, with political leaders, government officials and supporters of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in attendance.
Representing Tompolo at the event, the Managing Director of Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited, High Chief Kestin Pondi, said the vehicles would be distributed across Ogun State’s 26 constituencies to support community outreach and voter engagement.
Pondi described President Tinubu’s economic reforms as important steps towards national development, expressing confidence that the administration’s policies would deliver long-term benefits despite the economic challenges facing the country.
Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, represented by his deputy, Engr. Noimot Salako-Oyedele, commended the movement for its contribution to political mobilisation and engagement in the state.
Also speaking at the event, Senator Solomon Olamilekan Adeola, the All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship candidate, said political stakeholders were targeting at least two million votes for Tinubu in the 2027 presidential election.
The National Coordinator of the movement, Sunday Asuku, reaffirmed its commitment to collaborating with other political support groups across the country.
The inauguration of the Ogun State chapter forms part of the PBAT Door-to-Door Movement’s nationwide mobilisation efforts ahead of the 2027 general elections.
