The entertainmant industry in Ghana recently got a boost with the appointment of veteran actor and former model, Kalsoume Sinare Baffoe, as Ambassador to the Kingdom of Spain by President John Dramani Mahama.
Her appointment was part of a broader list of ambassadorial nominations announced in a letter dated June 10, 2025, from the Office of the President and signed by Callistus Mahama, Ph.D., Secretary to the President.
The nomination and subsequent appointment followed due consultations with the Council of State "News PlatformNG" learned.
Kalsoume Sinare, known for her decades-long contribution to Ghana’s film and creative industry, now joins a diverse group of newly appointed ambassadors who will represent Ghana across key global capitals.
