Activist Aisha Yesufu has stated that the Boko Haram insurgency in the North will come to an end when Nigeria gets a “Commander-in-Chief”.
Yesufu made this statement in a post shared on X.
“The day Nigeria gets a Commander-in-Chief, the war against Boko Haram and the other terrorists will be properly tackled! Until then, the terrorists will continue to mock us; it is well.”
She was responding to a video showing army surveillance capturing the movement of Boko Haram fighters.
According to a report, the Nigerian Army’s surveillance room recorded the moment Boko Haram attacked a military base in Borno, but did not alert the soldiers in time.
