The Oyo State High Court has authorised the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to proceed with its elective National Convention slated for November 15–16, 2025, in Ibadan.
The court further instructed the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to be present at the convention and oversee the proceedings.
