Rex Chinye Biose, is a seasoned professional with over 26 years of experience in banking, engineering consultancy and education management. He is the Co-Founder and Director of one of the prestigious schools in Lagos State, Bowine International School.

A graduate of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Benin in 1997, he completed his National Youth Service with Petroleum Resources Ltd, Port Harcourt, and attended Edo College, Benin City for his secondary school education. 

Rex spent 15 years in banking, excelling in branch turnarounds, deposit mobilization, and revenue growth. 

At Ecobank Nigeria Limited, he rose to become Head, Corporate Bank Edo/Delta, transforming underperforming branches and mobilizing billions in deposits. He also held leadership roles at Access Bank Plc and Oceanic Bank Plc, earning a reputation as a strategic leader who consistently exceeded targets.

Transitioning into engineering consultancy, Rex successfully executed multiple high-standard projects, showcasing his hallmark qualities of adaptability, precision, and excellence. This strengthened his reputation as a visionary leader across industries.

At Bowine International School, he drives growth, ensures financial sustainability, and promotes technology-driven education for Nigerian youths.

Rex chairs several organizations, including Bowine International School and other charitable bodies, and also serves as Vice Chairman of AIS Insurance Brokers Ltd.

In 2019, he contested as Deputy Governorship Candidate for Delta State under the Peoples Progressive Alliance, championing technology-driven youth empowerment.

An active member of LIONS Clubs International, he has served as Charter President, Zone Chairperson, Region Chairperson, and District Cabinet Secretary.
