The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the North Central Development Commission (NCDC), Dr. Cyril Yiltsen Tsenyil, has extended warm felicitations to his mentor and leader, Senator , on the occasion of his birthday.
Dr.
Tsenyil congratulates the Senator representing Plateau South Senatorial
District and former Governor of Plateau State, describing him as an epitome of
humility, service, and outstanding achievement.
In
particular, Dr. Tsenyil recognises the pivotal role played by Senator Lalong,
alongside his colleagues, in the establishment of the North Central Development
Commission.
He
describes the Commission as a critical intervention platform aimed at driving
sustainable development in the North Central region and addressing pressing
humanitarian challenges.
He notes
that Senator Lalong has, over the years, demonstrated exceptional leadership
and commitment to the growth and unity of not only Plateau State but Nigeria at
large.
The NCDC
MD acknowledges that Senator Lalong has mentored countless individuals,
nurturing and guiding them into positions of influence across the country and
beyond. He commends the Senator’s enduring legacy of empowering others and
building a new generation of leaders grounded in integrity and public service.
Recalling
his time working with Senator Lalong during his tenure as Governor of Plateau
State, Dr. Tsenyil expresses deep appreciation for the opportunity to learn
under his leadership, noting that his mentorship has been instrumental in
shaping his approach to governance and service.

Tsenyil commends Senator Lalong for his continued dedication to national
development through his various roles in public service and prays for good
