President Tinubu’s Daughter, Folasade, Rejects Lagos APC Primary Results.

The Iyaloja-General of Nigeria, Folashade Tinubu-Ojo, has threatened to stage a protest over alleged irregularities in the Lagos State All Progressives Congress (APC) primaries.

She made the claim during a meeting with market leaders in Ikeja, alleging that the exercise was manipulated in favour of the Justice Forum faction.

She questioned the validity of results from constituencies including Mushin II, Agege II, and Ojokoro.

The Lagos APC, led by Cornelius Ojelabi, had earlier released its list of House of Representatives and State Assembly candidates, confirming 24 Reps nominees and 40 Assembly candidates for the 2027 elections. Among those listed were Mojisola Meranda and others across the state.

However, Tinubu-Ojo insisted that some aspirants, including Seye Oladejo, Mutiu Olaide Oladeebo, and Olotu Ojo, were the rightful winners and should not be denied their mandates. She called for an urgent review of the primaries to avoid deepening internal crisis.

“We are ready to protest… their mandate should not be given to somebody else,” she said.

She also warned that rising tension between the Justice Forum and Mandate Group could weaken APC unity ahead of the 2027 elections, urging fairness and inclusion for all members.

She further noted that market women remain a major political force in Lagos politics and deserve greater recognition in governance.
