Cristiano Ronaldo and longtime partner Georgina Rodriguez have reignited speculation about their relationship after the couple were spotted wearing matching diamond rings while boarding a luxury yacht in Majorca.Photos of the Portuguese football icon and the Argentine-Spanish model wearing large diamond rings on their ring fingers quickly fueled reports that the pair could be preparing to tie the knot.

Several Portuguese media outlets claimed the couple were set to marry on Saturday at the historic Quinta da Regaleira estate in Sintra, Portugal. However, the reports have not been confirmed by either Ronaldo or Rodriguez. Adding to the uncertainty, the venue is reportedly scheduled to remain open to the public during the same period.

The latest speculation comes after Ronaldo proposed to Rodriguez last year. Following the proposal, Rodriguez shared a photo of her engagement ring on social media alongside the caption, "I do," prompting widespread congratulations from fans.

Ronaldo has previously spoken openly about his plans to marry Rodriguez, revealing that he hoped to celebrate the occasion after the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

"I hope to arrive at my wedding with the champion's trophy," Ronaldo said during an earlier interview with Piers Morgan.

The football superstar also described Rodriguez as the woman he wants to spend the rest of his life with.

"I'm going to marry her because I believe it's the right time," Ronaldo said. "Not just because she's the mother of my children, but because she's the person I love most."

Ronaldo and Rodriguez first met in 2016 when she was working at a Gucci store in Madrid. Since then, the couple have built a family together and frequently share moments from their personal lives with millions of followers.

Reflecting on his proposal, Ronaldo revealed that Rodriguez initially struggled to believe he was serious.

"She didn't care about the ring. She asked me if I was speaking the truth. She said, 'Are you honest?' And I said, 'Yes, I'm honest. I want you. I want to marry you.' She didn't believe me at first," he recalled.

Despite the growing speculation surrounding a possible wedding, neither Ronaldo nor Rodriguez has publicly confirmed reports that they are set to marry this weekend.
