The African Democratic Congress (ADC), has released an updated timetable for its primary elections ahead of the 2027 polls.
The updated timetable was released on Wednesday in a statement jointly signed by the party’s National Organizing Secretary, Chinedu Idigo and its National Publicity Secretary, Bolaji Abdullahi.
The statement explained that the adjustments were made in response to aspirants’ requests and to accommodate logistical needs.
According to the updates, submission of nomination forms will now end on 14th May, 2026, instead of the previously announced 13th May.
It added that the screening of aspirants earlier scheduled for 14th-15th May, would now hold on 16th to 17th May, 2026.
The statement noted that all other previously published dates remain unchanged.
