The Social Media space in Nigeria was awash with the outcry of controversial and troublesome Nollywood actor, Doris Ogala who was at some point, a Senior Special Assistant, SSA to the former Governor of Abia State, Okezie Ikpeazu in a video where she was seen accusing whom she alleged to have been her former boyfriend and clergyman, Chris Okafor of deceiving her, dating her for several years, promising her marriage, telling her to leave her former marriage, making her terminate her pregnancy and circulating their sex videos online, then abandoning her to pick another lady to marry.

Chris Okafor whom she is accusing on the other hand a Nigerian Christian pastor, televangelist and founder of the Mountain of Liberation and Miracle Ministry, also known as Liberation City. 

As a prominent figure in Christendom, Chris Okafor's Liberation City is located somewhere in the Ojodu Berger area of Lagos and whose first marriage ended 12yrs ago, now wants to remarry being a responsible man of God who would not want to continue to dwell in sin, but the accusations by Doris Ogala came to some of us as a rude shock even though there has been whispers in the dark about him with these kind of things, seeing someone come out courageously as Doris did, shows there is some iota of truth in some of the things she said in her live video which had since gone viral.

As with her colleague, Halima Abubakar who also accused one other man of God (name withheld) of doing similar things to her, one would wonder what lie the fate of Doris Ogala after these controversies wears off?

She stated that Rev. Chris Okafor made her leave her former husband, made her remove the pregnancy she had for him, gave their sex video to his lawyer who in turn gave same sex video to her own lawyer and that was how the video leaked to the general public, told her he would marry her but the most incriminating amongst all the accusations is accusing Chris Okafor of being instrumental to the death of her only brother who was staying with her as at the point of his death.

These are no small accusations against Rev. Chris Okafor of Liberation City, and they must not be swept under the rug but must be delt with clarifications given to ascertain the veracity of some of her claims.

I mean, for an adult of her standing in society to have gone on a LIVE video to rant about the proposed marriage of another adult of the standing of Chris Okafor, something must have happened between the two them, but they must find an amicable way to resolve issues privately and not burden us with their private lives.
